Sales Policies......
Rules of the House:
1) All products, firearms, and other items sold on this site are special order only. As this is a home-based business, we carry no inventory for any items as a routine sales policy. The sale of firearms must be conducted in person to be legal unless the firearm is being sent to another FFL in the continental United States. I do not ship to foreign countries. In most cases, firearm sales must be arranged in advance. I am a Class 1 dealer. That means I do not handle full auto weapons, multi-burst weapons, or firearms with full-auto selector switches, so don't ask.
2) If you call on the phone, you will be greeted by an answering machine. Leave a message and I will call you back. Allow up to 10 business days for delivery to this dealer. Firearms are usually shipped within three (3) days. However, certain conditions such as holidays schedules and unforseen weather may affect shipment times. If your order is delayed, we will call you or e-mail you.
3) All firearms must be picked up in person by the transferee at the dealer's premises unless authorized shipment to an FFL in your area is pre-arranged.
4) We accept cash, money orders, company and personal checks only at this time. Items paid for by check will be retained until your check clears the bank, however long it takes.
5) All firearms sales are final. Warranty issues on new firearms must be dealt with by the manufacturer. There are no warrantees whatsoever on used firearms. Purchase at your own risk.
6) Customer will absorb all incurred shipping charges, sales taxes, and other fees associated with their purchase(s).
7) Law enforcement purchases: Officers and agencies receive significant discounts. Please call for discount rates.
